A clear, unedited video of the package being opened is required for any return request.

Clearly display the watch in its original, unused condition

 

Return requests without this video will not be accepted.

 

 

💰 Refund Process

 

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

 

₹200 deduction will be applied to cover return shipping costs.

 

Once approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Products

 

Some items (e.g., customized watches or hygiene-sensitive accessories) may be non-returnable.
