Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.
🚚 Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat ₹100-200 COD fee will apply.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
You can also track your order anytime on our website using your Order ID or Tracking Number.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. Incorrect details may cause delivery delays or failures.
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:
Do not accept the parcel.

COD orders will incur a flat ₹200 fee.

Shipping is free for prepaid orders. COD orders include ₹200 charge.
You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 2–3 days of receiving the product.
A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims.
Refunds are processed after inspection, with a ₹200 deduction for return shipping.

6. Warranty
Mechanical watches purchased from Fashion Watch Mart come with a 1 Year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
To claim warranty service, please contact our customer support with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
